The vessel will be most certainly trading North Europe so Captain needs to have relevant experience with authorities / vettings in this area.
The cargo will be most probably fuel products and vessel be on a steady trade.
The possibility to arrange Visa on Arrival could be checked however not sure if same will be confirmed.
