Norway’s state-owned energy giant Equinor has obtained the all-clear from the Norwegian authorities for drilling activities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS), which will be undertaken with a semi-submersible rig owned by COSL Drilling Europe, an offshore drilling contractor.
